Abbiamo trascorso 5 notti in questo hotel che visitano Georgetown. La camera era piuttosto grande, con balconi attigui. C'era un frigo e cassetta di sicurezza e i servizi tipici di un hotel in camera.

L'accesso ad internet gratuito funzionava bene, ma era limitata con un sacco di discesa. La piscina era molto grande e pulita.

E' inoltre usato dalla gente del posto per una tariffa. L'hotel e' ancora dei lavori di rinnovo dei piani. Ci sono alcune restrizioni con carte di credito qui.

C'era una selezione ampia locali e internazionali durante il nostro soggiorno e variava ogni giorno.

Il personale era molto cordiale e disponibile, sia alla reception e al ristorante. Ci sono taxi disponibili fuori dall'hotel ad un prezzo ragionevole a tutte le ore.

Wearing a mask outside of the hotel was also mandatory, which was fine. We stayed in room which overlooked the front of the hotel which we loved, the sun came on our balcony in the morning so it was nice to sit and people watch while having a drink.

We actually got locked on our balcony one morning as the wind blew the door shut, but was easy to shout down to the concierge at reception and he sent help up.

The shower was lovely and not slippy underfoot which can often happen in hotels. The room was spacious for the two of us and always kept clean.

Water was restocked whenever running low. The fridge did have beer and some soft drinks in when we arrived which was good.

The staff were very helpful especially David, Lorenzo and Fernando at the pool bar. Reception staff quickly got us a taxi when we asked, there within 2 minutes.

Food was OK, we only used the main restaurants and there was always something that we both liked, you had to book your meals purely so they could accommodate people whilst still social distancing and every table cleaned as soon as people left.

The location was perfect right onto the main drag, was lovely to go for a walk in the afternoon and explore.

Superb Hotel. Staff were diligent and professional, check in was quick and easy. The rooms are five star, I stayed in a Junior Suite, the cleaners came every day for 2 weeks.

The food at the Roast we found was the best, the Platinum Restaurant less so for an evening meal.

The New Years Eve Gala Dinner was thoroughly enjoyable. A great holiday given the circumstances.

I feel recent other negative reviews should bear this in mind and be thankful to have enjoyed a holiday during a global pandemic at a great hotel.

Carre wrote a review 2 Jan. Overall a bit disappointing. We stayed at the Guayarmina Princess hotel, checking in on the 11th December - 2 double direct sea view suites.

On arrival check in was painfully slow, this was the first day of the hotel reopening so we were fairly forgiving. Our friend was checked in after probably an hours wait only to arrive at his room and let himself in to find a lady already in the room in a towel - back to reception for another wait to sort the mistake out.

We got to our room and all was fine. The following day we tried to enter the platinum area included as we had booked platinum suites only to be turned away, we had been given the wrong wristbands!

With the restrictions and looming lockdown in the UK we decided to stay in Tenerife until the 26th and extended Our stay, reception was unable to sort this and we had to book on booking.

Our flight was then cancelled on the 26th so we had to stay another night, reception did manage to sort this in house and I was told a Late check out should be fine just check with them in the morning.

We returned to our room at 2. We travel to Tenerife times a year, the location of the hotel suits us but I will now sadly be reluctant to rebook.

We booked a Platinum Junior direct sea view all inclusive. On arrival, the check in was very slow, even though there were only 3 couples waiting at the Platinum check in.

Speed and efficiency were completely lost on the staff at the hotel. When we got to our room we were disappointed to see that we did not have a direct sea view as there was Champions bar immediately in front of our room.

The generators from this building were also very loud. I complained to reception and they said to come back the next day to see what they could do.
